Vagananjal helps you send parcels between cities using reserved space in Indian Railways. You share the details, we arrange the train slot and station handover.

You can send clothes, documents, packaged household items, and non‑perishable goods. Items like cash, gold, illegal goods, and highly perishable food are not allowed.

We usually handle parcels from 1 kg up to 50–60 kg per booking. For heavier or bulk shipments, please contact us on WhatsApp so we can confirm options and pricing.

Most parcels reach in 1–3 days depending on the train route and schedule. You will get an estimated delivery day when we share the price and train details.

You will drop the parcel at the agreed counter or meeting point at the origin station. Your receiver will collect it from our Vagananjal partner point at the destination station.

Your receiver must show the Vagananjal OTP / code and a valid ID proof with the same name. This keeps your parcel secure at the destination.

Right now, Vagananjal focuses on station‑to‑station service. Door pickup / delivery will be rolled out on selected routes in future; contact us to check current availability.

If the train is delayed, delivery time may shift accordingly. Our team will update you on WhatsApp with the revised expected arrival where possible.
